I have been a CENTURY 21 Lad REALTOR since 1986! I have 20 years of Santa Cruz real estate sales experience and have been an Award-Winning Top Producer since my 2nd year in real estate.
- Top 1% of All CENTURY 21 Agents Nationwide! Year-After-Year! I’ve earned over 19 Centurion Awards. More than any other Century 21 Agent in Santa Cruz. Over 12 million sold in 2007! I'm still winning awards even in this tough market!
- Champion Producers' Circle Award - S.C. Assoc. of REALTORS '90,92,93,94,&95! Awarded for the highest number of closed transactions in SC County! This award has been discontinued but I remain proud of this association award.
- Constantly educating myself to stay current with new legislation, contract changes and strategies to protect my buyers & sellers. Some of my designations include GRI, American’s Most Referred, E-pro and California of REALTORS Director. I’m currently working on my CRS designation.
- S.C. Association of REALTORS participation: Past Member of Board of Directors, Chairperson of Grievance Committee for 5 years, Awarded Community Service Award by Santa Cruz Association of Realtors in 2001 for my volunteer efforts at Second Harvest Food Bank, Conflict Resolution Center,and Rising International Board of Directors

Scholary
Graduated from local Harbor High School. Graduated Magna cum Laude from San Jose State University with a teaching credential. Prior to starting my real estate career, I taught in the local Soquel Elementary School District for six years. My last assignment was teaching gifted 7th graders English and social studies at New Brighton Middle School. I also taught journalism and cheerleaders.
Personal Information
I’ve lived in Santa Cruz County since age 10. Currently I call Corralitos home, living with my fiance in a custom home my late husband designed and built. Our friends affectionately call it the Mexican Winery. My dog, Boo, has five acres to roam.
